This is a fly-in/fly-out position with access from points across British Columbia and Alberta. The role is integral to the smooth operation of site logistics, camp services, and transportation, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control. The Superintendent of Site Support is responsible for leading and optimizing support operations at Red Chris Mine.
- Oversee daily camp operations, catering services, and transportation logistics.
- Manage aviation services and airport logistics for site personnel.
- Ensure vendor and contract compliance with KPIs and budgets.
- Implement safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements for logistical and cost efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
