The Serviceperson supports site maintenance activities, contributing to safe and efficient operations across the mine site.
- Perform preventative maintenance on service equipment such as light plants, generators, and pumps.
- Assist with HVAC filter servicing and plastic pipe welding using extrusion tools.
- Input work data and notifications into SAP systems.
- Operate support equipment like telehandlers, skid steers, and forklifts.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold safety procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications for success in this role:
- Experience with PM servicing of generators, pumps, HVAC systems.
- CFC certification preferred for HVAC tasks.
- Welding experience with HDPE using Demtech Pro-X and hot lister machines.
- Proficiency with support equipment (e.g., telehandlers, skid steers).
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable with confined spaces and working at heights.
- Mechanical knowledge in fixed and mobile plant an asset.
