Service Technician - Kearl Oil Sands - Fly In/Out - Two Week Rotations
ML Northern is hiring Service Technicians - Fuel & Lube for its Kearl site in Fort McMurray. This role involves fueling and lubricating heavy equipment, assisting with preventive maintenance, and supporting maintenance teams with lube extraction and refilling. The position follows a 14x14 work rotation with provided camp accommodations and flights from Edmonton or Calgary. Overtime is paid after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities
The Service Technician - Fuel & Lube will be responsible for equipment fueling, lubrication, and servicing.
- Fueling and lubricating heavy equipment in the field
- Assisting with PM/Lube Services at Lube Islands and in the field
- Conducting oil and filter changes
- Performing daily fueling and shift servicing at Lube Islands
- Providing daily servicing and fueling for large loading equipment
- Supporting maintenance teams with lube extraction and refilling during repairs
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a serviceperson role
- Experience in the oil sands industry
- Valid Class 3 Driver's License with air brakes
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol screening
