Pipefitter - Oilfield Construction Maintenance - LOA 14x14 Rotation

FLINT is currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Pipefitters for a 6-week structural and process piping project in Regina, Saskatchewan, beginning in June 2025. This temporary position features a 14/14 work rotation and provides Living-Out Allowance and Mobilization/Demobilization pay for candidates living more than 150 km from site. Applicants must have at least five years of experience working with stainless steel, carbon steel, CPVC, and PVC piping systems and be familiar with bolt-up, gluing, and hydrotesting procedures. A valid Journeyperson Pipefitter ticket and current safety certifications are required. Benefits are available after 300 hours worked.

Responsibilities

As a Pipefitter, you will support the fabrication, installation, and testing of structural and process piping systems on-site in Regina.

  • Install and modify structural piping systems using various materials (Stainless, Carbon Steel, CPVC, PVC)
  • Perform bolt-up assembly, pipe gluing, and hydro testing
  • Interpret drawings and follow project specifications
  • Assist in structural steel modifications and fabrication tasks
  • Adhere to site safety standards and procedures
  • Complete physically demanding work in various jobsite conditions

Requirements

Candidates must meet trade, experience, and safety standards to work on this short-term industrial piping project.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in structural and process piping
  • Familiarity with CPVC/PVC gluing and hydro testing
  • Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certification
  • Valid CSTS-2020, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and Aerial Work Platform tickets
  • Physically fit and capable of field tasks
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver's license with clean 5-year abstract (under 6 demerits)
  • Own reliable transportation to site
