Responsibilities

As a Pipefitter, you will perform industrial piping tasks with accuracy and efficiency, supporting construction and maintenance operations.

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems
  • Read and interpret piping isometrics, blueprints, and specifications
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required angles
  • Test piping systems for leaks and integrity
  • Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other trades and supervisors on-site

Requirements

Applicants must have strong trade experience and valid certifications to work in an industrial construction setting.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Pipefitter
  • Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certification
  • Valid CSTS-2020, CSO, and WHMIS tickets
  • Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks
  • Proficient in English, written and verbal
  • Must have reliable transportation to the Burnaby site
