The Parts Runner is responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, and transporting parts between sites.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including stocking and organizing inventory.
- Ensure parts and supplies are stored for accessibility and proper stock management.
- Pick up parts and supplies from local vendors as required.
- Transfer parts between sites and business units, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, inventory management skills, and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and warehouse operations.
- Previous warehouse experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience operating forklifts and loaders.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Experience in the mining industry (asset).
- Must pass a pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol tests, fitness assessment, audiometric testing, and vision screening.
- Valid CSO or BSO, Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness, Silica Awareness, OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness.
- Subject to random testing at specific worksites.
