Responsibilities

As a site-based Superintendent, you will lead crews and manage maintenance projects to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.

  • Supervise multiple crews and trades services on-site
  • Develop and manage project schedules with operations teams
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for execution
  • Implement and enforce site safety and quality plans
  • Ensure resource optimization and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from executives to field staff

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have supervisory and trades experience in an industrial environment, along with relevant safety credentials.

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience on industrial sites
  • Journeyperson ticket in mechanical or electrical trade
  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Results-driven and client-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Valid CSTS and H2S Alive safety certifications
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal)
