The Mobile Maintenance Logistics Coordinator ensures efficient inventory and repair coordination for the maintenance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage repair/return process for major capital components
- Oversee staging areas and shutdown material planning
- Monitor return-to-stock tag process
- Coordinate RFQs and assist planners with material tracking
- Support long-term planning and material location updates
- Maintain spare parts inventory integrity
- Collaborate with vendors, buyers, and reliability engineers
- Manage warranty programs and component life cycles
- Recommend inventory adjustments and critical part identification
- Coordinate with warehouse to prep parts for maintenance
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of industrial experience
- SAP experience considered an asset
