Wicehtowak Frontec Services (WFS) is hiring a Janitor/Laundry Attendant for Jansen Discovery Lodge, a workforce housing facility supporting the Jansen potash mine in Saskatchewan. This role involves maintaining high sanitation standards, cleaning common areas, handling laundry services, and ensuring a well-maintained environment. The position follows a 14 days on, 7 days off rotation, with 10-hour shifts. Camp accommodations and meals are provided. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
The Janitor/Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the lodge.
- Ensure high sanitation standards are upheld.
- Maintain and clean all janitorial equipment.
- Clean lobbies, restrooms, offices, walkways, ramps, and stairways.
- Ensure indoor and outdoor walkways are clear of snow and mud.
- Sweep, scrub, wash, and polish floors; clean rugs.
- Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Empty waste baskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
- Replenish bathroom supplies.
- Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have janitorial and laundry experience with strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of janitorial experience.
- Experience with commercial laundry is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with or without supervision.
- Final candidates must pass a criminal record check, drug and alcohol test, and fit-for-work medical assessment.
