This position offers a flexible work schedule with 8 to 10-hour days and eligibility for benefits after 300 hours worked. Best suited for local applicants, this opportunity does not include camp accommodations, travel, or living-out allowance. Candidates must have at least three years of industrial experience, a valid journeyperson electrician certificate, and up-to-date safety certifications. In this role, you will help power and maintain essential infrastructure through safe and precise electrical work in an industrial setting.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical codes
- Perform wiring, cable pulls, and panel work
- Work safely in compliance with jobsite protocols
- Collaborate with site teams and respond to evolving work tasks
- Handle physical job tasks in various site conditions
Requirements
Applicants must meet technical, safety, and physical qualifications to perform in a demanding industrial environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial electrical setting
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket
- H2S Alive, Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications
- Physically capable of demanding site tasks
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license with clean 5-year abstract (under 6 demerits)
- Reliable transportation to job site
