Newmont is hiring a Housekeeper for its Brucejack Gold Mine in northern British Columbia, approximately 65 kilometers north of Stewart. This is a temporary three-month contract with a structured 13 days on / 13 days off rotational schedule. Employees receive fly-in/fly-out transportation, private accommodations, and access to meals, fitness facilities, and recreational activities. The Housekeeper ensures clean, sanitary, and well-maintained living spaces for all onsite personnel, contributing to a comfortable and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary living spaces within the Brucejack Mine camp.
- Clean and sanitize bunkhouse rooms, hallways, and washrooms.
- Change linens and maintain overall room cleanliness.
- Wash, fold, and store laundry.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow WHMIS guidelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain an organized and efficient cleaning routine.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Previous housekeeping experience (preferred in hotel, restaurant, or camp settings).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions.
- Willingness to work in a remote camp on a 13 days on / 13 days off rotation.
