Wicehtowak Frontec Services is hiring a Front Desk Clerk for the Jansen Discovery Lodge in Leroy, Saskatchewan, a workforce housing facility that supports the BHP Jansen potash mine. This 14 days on / 7 days off rotational role supports lodge operations by managing guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, room transfers, daily reporting, and front desk communications to help keep camp accommodations running smoothly. The position includes camp accommodations and meals during work rotations.

The Front Desk Clerk supports daily lodge operations at Jansen Discovery Lodge by managing guest reception, bookings, reporting, and room coordination in a remote workforce housing environment.
- Ensure the smooth running of reception and computer systems for guest bookings.
- Greet customers and answer front desk questions and requests.
- Receive and register guests as they arrive at the lodge.
- Complete the weekly closing for board sheets.
- Ensure all daily reports are completed correctly.
- Control and coordinate room transfers.
- Notify customers of their daily mail.
- Report guest-noted damages to maintenance staff for repair.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates for this rotational front desk camp role should have hospitality reception experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage bookings and reporting in an organized, professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk position in camps or the hotel industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with room booking software is considered an asset.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Excellent people skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Ability to pass a fit-for-work medical assessment.
