Civeo Services is hiring a Front Office Administrator to join the Front Office Team at Big Horn Lodge, located on Hwy 63 near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This position supports guest services and administrative tasks in a remote camp environment. The successful candidate will work a 20/10 rotational schedule, with 10-hour shifts including potential nights, weekends, and holidays. Camp accommodations are provided.

Responsibilities

The Front Office Administrator provides administrative and guest service support in a remote camp setting.

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Front Office Supervisor
  • Handle guest reservations and inquiries in person and by phone
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support various administrative functions as assigned

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • Previous front desk or hotel experience an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Capable of working independently and within a team
  • Willing to work shifts including nights and weekends
