Responsibilities
The Warehouse Support Operator is responsible for efficient warehouse operations including forklift operation, loading/unloading, inventory control, and customer service.
- Operate forklifts up to 12,000 lbs capacity to load/unload trucks and containers.
- Pick and pack mining parts accurately.
- Support labour tasks as required.
- Assist inventory control for inbound, outbound, and on-ground stock with accurate documentation.
- Prepare load plans for trucks and containers.
- Follow workplace safety policies and identify hazards.
- Inspect product condition for cleanliness and compliance.
- Suggest improvements to equipment and workflow efficiency.
- Accurately weigh and label materials.
- Provide internal and external customer service excellence.
- May travel to other terminals as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Previous forklift certification and relevant experience.
