Kitikmeot Camp Solutions is hiring a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee meal service operations at a remote lodge. Reporting directly to the Lodge Manager, this role ensures dining and offsite lunchroom standards are upheld. Responsibilities include staff training, supervision, and coordination with chefs. The position operates on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, with accommodations and flights provided.

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will ensure smooth meal service operations in a remote lodge environment.
- Supervise dining room operations and offsite lunchroom service.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards.
- Oversee daily setup and maintenance of dining areas.
- Ensure inventory, audits, and food production standards are met.
- Assist with kitchen duties as required.
- Drive staff and food suppliers to offsite locations.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in food service supervision and the ability to manage operations in a remote setting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service industry or hotel management.
- SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety or HACCP certification (preferred).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Experience with large-volume food production.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS software.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
