Wicehtowak Frontec Services (WFS) is hiring a Pot & Dishwasher to join the team at Jansen Discovery Lodge, a remote workforce housing facility in Jansen, SK. This role involves ensuring all kitchenware, flatware, and equipment are properly washed and sanitized while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Camp accommodations and meals are provided. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting food service operations with efficiency and attention to hygiene standards.

Responsibilities
The Pot & Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing kitchenware while maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
- Operate dishwashing equipment properly and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections.
- Maintain an organized storage area for cleaned items.
- Sanitize sinks and dishwashing equipment.
- Remove garbage and ensure the kitchen area remains clean and tidy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen or camp environments and strong attention to cleanliness.
- Valid Food Safe Certificate required.
- Experience working in a camp, kitchen, or restaurant environment is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with or without supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Final candidates must pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test.

Designed and constructed by ATCO Structures, the lodge accommodates up to 2,586 workers and offers amenities such as fitness facilities, squash courts, steam rooms, and a 200-seat movie theatre, providing a comfortable living environment for the workforce. In March 2023, BHP awarded a multi-year contract to Wicehtowak Frontec Services (WFS), a joint venture between ATCO Frontec Ltd. and George Gordon Developments Ltd., to provide camp support services at the lodge, reflecting a commitment to Indigenous partnerships and community engagement.
