Responsibilities
The Pot & Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. Key duties include:
- Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Washing and sanitizing all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections
- Organizing and maintaining a clean storage area
- Sanitizing sinks and dishwashing areas
- Disposing of kitchen garbage and general cleaning tasks
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Valid Food Safe Certificate
- Experience in a camp, kitchen, or restaurant environment (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently or with supervision
- Good multitasking and prioritization abilities
