This full-time role starts in April 2025 and offers a 5/2 work schedule with statutory holidays off. Labourers will support carpentry and concrete operations on a major industrial project.
- Assist Carpenters and Concrete Finishers with project tasks
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms, ramps, and barricades
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Perform manual labour such as lifting, digging, and moving materials
- Follow all safety protocols and Ledcor procedures
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of labourer experience in construction or related field
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing
