Dexterra Group is hiring a Sous Chef for the Crossroads Lodge in Kitimat, BC. This position offers a 20/10 work rotation, accommodations, meals, and site travel provided from designated pickup locations. The Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, support food prep, and lead culinary staff while maintaining Horizon North's food safety standards.

- Oversee kitchen staff and daily food service

Requirements
Applicants must have extensive culinary and leadership experience in high-volume or remote kitchens.
- Red Seal Certificate required
- HACCP or SafeCheck certification
- 10+ years experience in hospitality/food service
- Strong menu planning and costing knowledge
- Leadership and supervisory skills
