Camp Cook - Iron City Fishing Club - On Site For Full Term - Camp
Dexterra Group is seeking a Lunch/Dinner Cook for a seasonal contract at Iron City Fishing Lodge in Mactier, Ontario. The successful candidate will prepare and serve scratch-made meals family-style, ensuring food safety compliance and cleanliness under the guidance of the Chef and Sous Chef. All meals, travel, and accommodations are included.

The Cook will prepare and serve high-volume, scratch-made meals in a remote lodge setting while maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Prepare soups, sandwiches, pastas, proteins
- Serve meals family-style under Chef supervision
- Monitor food temperatures and record logs
- Clean kitchen and manage utensils/equipment
Requirements
Applicants must have proven cooking skills in high-volume settings and the ability to work independently in remote environments.
- 3+ years in food service
- Valid Food Safety certification
- Strong knife and scratch cooking skills
- PVSC Level 3 required
- Physically fit for prolonged kitchen work
