Camp Cook - Iron City Fishing Club - On Site For Full Term - Camp
Dexterra Group is seeking a Cook for a summer contract at the Iron City Fishing Lodge in Mactier, Ontario. This remote camp role involves preparing and serving breakfast and lunch, with occasional dinner support. All travel, accommodations, meals, snacks, and beverages are provided. Candidates will reside at the lodge for the full term from June 20 to approximately August 22.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast and lunch meals for guests at a remote fishing lodge.
- Prepare breakfast and lunch dishes, including eggs, meats, pancakes
- Support lunch and occasional dinner service
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food storage
Requirements
Applicants should have strong culinary skills and the ability to commit to a full summer work term in a camp setting.
- Experience in high-volume breakfast and lunch service
- Current Food Safe certification required
- Experience with baked goods preferred
- Valid photo ID
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) Level 3
