Dexterra Group is hiring a Breakfast Cook for remote camp operations, with dispatch from Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time role operates on a 2/2 rotation with night shifts. The successful candidate will prepare high-volume breakfast service, follow food safety protocols, and maintain cleanliness. - Prepare and cook high-volume breakfast
- Comply with Food Safety Act and dietary requirements
- Maintain clean and safe kitchen operations
- Label and store food properly
- Follow production quotas and budgets
- Night shift work in a camp setting
Requirements
Ideal candidates will bring breakfast service experience, food safety training, and the physical ability to handle a fast-paced camp kitchen.
- Experience with large-scale hot breakfast prep
- Current Food Safe certificate
- Red Seal is an asset
- Baking and inventory experience preferred
- Physically fit to handle 50 lbs and long shifts
- Government-issued photo ID required
