The Baker's Helper plays a key role in daily baking operations at the camp. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Chef to discuss menu preparation and production
- Preparing baked goods for meals and catered events
- Ensuring product quality and controlling waste levels

- Delivering excellent customer service
- Complying with health, safety, and government regulations

Requirements
