ATCO Frontec is hiring a 3rd Cook to join its kitchen team in Resolute Bay, Nunavut. This remote camp-based role involves preparing a wide variety of meals, including breakfast, while upholding high standards of food safety and service. Employees work on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation with all travel expenses covered. Accommodations and meals are provided, and the position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
The 3rd Cook supports the kitchen team in preparing and serving meals to high standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and completing all required meal preparation
- Stocking food service areas with attention to quality and minimal waste
- Preparing meals using standardized recipes
- Maintaining proper food storage and rotation
- Operating kitchen equipment safely
- Ensuring sanitation and cleanliness in work areas
- Completing temperature and cleaning logs
- Providing courteous and efficient customer service
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in cooking (asset)
- Valid food safety certificate
- 2-3 years of experience as a 3rd or line cook in a camp, hotel, or restaurant
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Professional communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure
