Sodexo is seeking a 2nd Cook to join its team at the Mt. Milligan camp near Prince George, BC. This permanent, full-time position operates on a 28 days on and 14 days off rotation, with 10-hour shifts. Camp accommodations are available, and the role focuses on preparing high-quality meals for a large workforce in a remote, high-volume kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
The 2nd Cook is responsible for preparing quality meals in a high-volume kitchen environment. Duties include:
- Preparing and cooking buffet and � la carte meals
- Following recipes and food preparation standards
- Using kitchen equipment to cut, trim, and cook ingredients
- Tasting, recording, and planning food production
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
- Adhering to dietary requirements and special diet meal prep
- Complying with all safety and HACCP policies
- Participating in safety meetings and training
- Reporting accidents or injuries promptly
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Applicants should possess culinary skills and experience in a camp or institutional setting. Requirements include:
- Certificate of Qualification with at least 5 years at the Journeyman level
- Experience serving 1,000-5,000 persons in camp or institutional kitchens
- Expertise in sauces, stews, casseroles, and meat processing
- 3-5 years of knife and food preparation skills
- 3 years of HACCP experience
- May accept equivalent education/experience
- Ability to work day or night shifts
- Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test (mandatory)
