Laborer - Camp Demobilizing

Royal Camp Services is hiring Remote Camp Laborers to complete the demobilization process and move camps to a new location. You will be primarily assisting the tear down process and cleaning of the camp site. Furthermore, you will be helping to the move the equipment a new location. You must have 2-3 years of experience and able to start immediately. Your schedule will be 10 days on and 4 days off. Local Edmonton candidates preferred. Must have a valid Standard First Aid, OSSA Fall Protection, and CSTS certifications.

Baker

Bakers responsible for the food safety and quality of food prepared within the night shift. Also reporting to chef and providing an exceptional dining experience for the clients. Red Seal Baker or similar culinary diploma preferred. 3-5 years of experience in high volume kitchen is a must. You must be able to start immediately and be able to work both day and night shifts. Local Edmonton candidates preferred.

Kitchen General Helper

A Kitchen General Helper is responsible for helping around the kitchen to maintain a efficient camp. Your job duties will include but not limited to, washing, peeling, and wrapping up food, dish washing, cleaning, and unloading grocery trucks. 1 year kitchen experience preferred. You will have a choice of rotation schedule from the following: 21-7, 10-4, 9-5, and 14-7. Local Edmonton candidates preferred.

Cold Prep (Seasonal)

Cold Prep are cooks who are responsible for production levels of sandwiches and salads for our clients. 1-2 years of experience is preferred. Must have a valid Standard First Aid certification and an Alberta Health Services approved Food Safety Certificate. You will have a choice of rotation schedule from the following: 21-7, 10-4, 9-5, and 14-7. You must be able to work all shifts starting June 2016. Local Edmonton candidates preferred.

1st, 2nd Cooks and Breakfast Cook (Seasonal)

1st, 2nd cook, and breakfast cook are responsible for reporting to the chef and helping to keep a efficient kitchen in the remote camp site. You will be helping with all aspects of cooking, salad and sandwich making. 2-3 years of experience working in a kitchen is preferred. Must have a valid Standard First Aid certification and an Alberta Health Services approved Food Safety Certificate. You will have a choice of rotation schedule from the following: 21-7, 10-4, 9-5, and 14-7. You must be able to work all shifts starting June 2016. Local Edmonton candidates preferred.

Housekeeper (Seasonal)

A Housekeeper has the same responsibilities and duties of a Camp Attendant and / or Janitor. They are responsible for the living area of the remote camp site. You will be cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, washing linens, etc. Local Edmonton candidates preferred. 2-3 years experience as a housekeeper or a janitor is preferred. You must have valid Standard First Aid certification. You must also be able to work day shifts, afternoon shifts, split shifts, or night shifts.
