ENTREC Corporation was a Canadian heavy haul transportation and crane solutions provider, serving industries such as oil and natural gas, construction, petrochemical, mining, and power generation. In May 2020, ENTREC filed for creditor protection under Canada's Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) due to financial challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and a collapse in oil prices. Subsequently, the company sought buyers or investors for its businesses. By November 2020, ENTREC had sold substantially all of its assets in both Canada and the United States, marking the end of its operations.
