1. Breakfast Cooks

• Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking breakfast and baked goods for up to 400-500 clients. Ensuring consistent quality standards in food preparation, following menus, complying with food hygiene regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Requirements: Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a similar or hotel/institutional environment, FoodSafe Level I (minimum), SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification is an asset.

1. Front Desk Administration

• Responsibilities: Performing administrative tasks including liaising with guests, managing room bookings, and preparing reports. Providing quality customer service by addressing special requests and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to provide excellent customer service.

1. Janitors

• Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness of camps and surrounding areas by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all areas. Conducting site inspections, removing snow, ensuring health and safety regulations are met, assisting with inventory and supply deliveries, and performing other tasks assigned by site management.
• Requirements: Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment. Must have a Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
