Housekeeeper - You are responsible for maintaining the living areas occupied by staff and clients.

Camp Attendants - You are responsible for maintaining the living areas occupied by staff and clients.

Janitors - You are responsible for maintaining the living areas occupied by staff and clients.

2nd Cooks - Reporting to the Chef or an assigned 1st Cook, a 2nd cook is responsible for supporting kitchen activities in order to maintain an efficient camp for our clients.

Cook's Helpers -2nd cook is responsible for supporting Cooks and kitchen activities in order to maintain an efficient camp for our clients.

1st Cooks-1st Cook is responsible for the food safety and quality of food prepared within their assigned station.

Bakers -A Baker is responsible for the food safety and quality of food prepared within the night shift and their assigned station.

Cold Prep -Salad and Sandwich Makers

Breakfast Cooks -A Breakfast Cook is responsible for the food safety and quality of food prepared within their assigned station.
