The Red Chris Mine, located in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, is a significant copper and gold mining operation. Owned 70% by Newmont Corporation and 30% by Imperial Metals, the mine is transitioning from open-pit mining to a block cave underground mining system.
With vast reserves, including 10 million ounces of gold and 2.7 million metric tons of copper, Red Chris Mine is set to expand further, with long-term mining plans.
Dispatchers- Schedule and dispatch mine operations work crews
Environmental Technicians - Support environmental sampling and monitoring programs at the mine site
Plumbers and Gasfitters ($55.14/hr) - Install, repair, and maintain various site equipment related to gas and fuel systems
Warehouse Technicians ($55.14/hr) - Handle shipping/receiving and materials management, operating equipment like forklifts and loaders
Mill Operators ($47.10/hr) - Monitor mill process plant equipment and production parameters
