1. Labourers

Under the direction of the TIA Construction Superintendent, the TIA Labourer will aid in tailings dam construction activities.
Duties include site-logistics support, transporting materials, escorting contractor vehicles, setting up light plants, operating skid-steer for snow removal, and general clean-up tasks.

1. Journeyperson Millwrights

Perform maintenance and construction duties as a fixed plant mechanic (Millwright) within the Mill Maintenance team. Responsibilities include repairing, adjusting, maintaining, and improving stationary equipment in a 30,000-ton per day crusher plant and concentrator.

1. Journeyperson Plumbers and Gasfitters

Support the site maintenance and services department team with various maintenance projects around the site and in camp.

Red Chris Mine

Red Chris Mine, situated in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, is a prominent gold and copper mining site. Owned jointly by Newmont Corporation (70%) and Imperial Metals (30%), the mine has seen significant advancements since its acquisition by Newcrest in 2019, later taken over by Newmont in 2023.

The mine operates with both open-pit and potential block cave methods. In 2024, it is projected to produce 85 million pounds of copper and 57 thousand ounces of gold. Exploration in the nearby East Ridge area has shown promising results, indicating potential for long-term production expansion.
