General Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Previous experience in a camp or hospitality environment preferred
• Valid provincial Food Safe and Standard First Aid with CPR certification
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work on a 21-day on and 7-day off rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
