1. 1st Cooks ($24.33 per hour):

• Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or buffet stations.
• Operate kitchen equipment, prepare ingredients, and maintain food safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen personnel and assist with training.

1. 2nd Cooks ($23.06 per hour):

• Prepare and cook meals for buffet and a la carte service.
• Follow recipes and ensure high-quality food service.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.

1. Kitchen Helpers ($18.64 per hour):

• Clean and maintain dining room areas.
• Prepare beverages and serve guests on buffet lines.
• Attend training programs and comply with safety policies.

1. Guest Services Agents (Front Desk) ($19.67 per hour):

• Process check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and provide friendly service to guests.
• Support overall operations and ensure smooth guest services.

Located approximately 150 kilometers northwest of Prince George, BC, Mt. Milligan Mine is a large-scale copper and gold mining operation currently operated by Centerra Gold. The mine employs conventional open-pit mining methods and processes 60,000 tons of ore per day using an advanced copper flotation processing plant.
