1. General Kitchen Helpers - $18.64 per hour

• Clean and maintain dining room area, shelves, and floors
• Set dining room tables and fill condiment containers
• Prepare coffee and cold beverages
• Serve guests on the main buffet lines
• Comply with Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures
• Participate in regular safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments

1. 3rd Cooks - $19.67 per hour

• Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of hot and cold food items
• Perform fast food cooking duties and serve guests at buffet or grill stations
• Follow recipes and ensure high-quality food service
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Attend training programs and comply with safety policies

1. Guest Services Agents - Front Desk Clerks - $19.67 per hour

• Process check-ins and check-outs
• Manage room assignments and availability
• Provide friendly and prompt service to guests
• Handle guest inquiries and process service requests
• Complete occupancy reports and maintain accurate records

1. 1st Cooks - $24.33 per hour

• Prepare and serve food at a la carte and buffet stations
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare ingredients
• Follow HACCP data collection and analyze reports
• Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in training
• Ensure high-quality service and compliance with safety procedures

Mt. Milligan Mine

Located approximately 150 kilometers northwest of Prince George, BC, Mt. Milligan Mine is a large-scale copper and gold mining operation currently operated by Centerra Gold. The mine employs conventional open-pit mining methods and processes 60,000 tons of ore per day using an advanced copper flotation processing plant.
