Located approximately 150 kilometers northwest of Prince George, BC, Mount Milligan Mine is a large-scale copper and gold mining operation currently operated by Centerra Gold. The mine employs conventional open-pit mining methods and relies on a remote camp facility to house its workforce.

1st Cooks ($24.64 per hour)

As a 1st Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to customers at a la carte or buffet stations, ensuring each meal is prepared to the highest standards. You'll operate kitchen equipment, prepare ingredients, and maintain rigorous food safety standards. Additionally, you'll supervise kitchen personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service.

2nd Cooks ($23.06 per hour)

In the role of 2nd Cook, you will prepare and cook meals for both buffet and a la carte service, ensuring that each dish meets Sodexo's high-quality standards. You will follow recipes meticulously and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety procedures. Your contribution will be essential to delivering an outstanding dining experience for all camp residents.

3rd Cooks ($19.67 per hour)

The 3rd Cook position involves accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items.
