Ledcor is currently hiring Light Equipment Operators and Labourers to join the team for the BHP Headframe Project in Leroy, Saskatchewan. These remote camp jobs offer a 14/7 work rotations with competitive wages, remote camp accommodations, and a travel allowance for qualified candidates.

The BHP Jansen Potash Mine, located in Saskatchewan, is planned to be developed in multiple phases. The initial phase will produce four million tonnes of potash per year, eventually reaching a capacity of eight million tonnes annually, making it the world's largest potash mine.
Ledcor is leading the construction efforts, focusing on structural steel building, panelization, modular builds, mod placement, and EAU assembly.
As a Light Equipment Operator/Labourer, you will:
- Safely operate zoom boom, skid steer, loader, and other light equipment
- Perform tasks on the labourer crew to support industrial operations
- Provide general cleanup and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the work area
- Conduct groundwork including shoveling snow, raking, pumping water, and prepping ground for concrete
- Assist carpenters with forming and stripping concrete forms
- Pour small foundations and pedestals and handle pickup and delivery of materials
Requirements for the Light Equipment Operator/Labourer positions include,
- Previous experience operating light equipment in an industrial setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing and criminal background check
