Fly in and fly out remote camp jobs in Alberta at the Kearl Oil Sands Project, located north of Fort McMurray in Wood Buffalo. NACG is seeking Labourers and Ground Workers for 14/14 work rotations with covered flights, and remote camp accommodations.
- 14 days on and 14 days off work rotations
- Remote camp accommodations with meals and lodging
- 12-hour workdays
- Flights provided to and from Edmonton or Calgary
- Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to the site (before and after rotation)
- Membership with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955
- Up to a combined rate of pay of $35.78 per hour
- Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay allocated to each paycheck
- Night shift premium of +$1.20 per hour
- Benefits and pension after 400 hours worked, including medical and dental benefits

Skilled Labourers/Ground Workers will be responsible for steam cleaning equipment as required, snow removal around the shop and front parking lot (seasonal), operating fork trucks for moving parts and other items, and operating company vehicles to pick up parts and move items as requested.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a labourer role, with 1 year of previous mine experience preferred. They must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs, as the job involves a lot of lifting and working outdoors. A safety-first attitude is essential, along with being attentive and possessing strong listening skills.
A high school diploma, GED, and/or post-secondary education is considered an asset. Candidates must be proficient in English, both verbally and written, and have a valid Class 5 Driver's License. Additional requirements include CSO Certification and Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness.
