Red Chris Mine

Red Chris Mine is a premier copper and gold mining operation located in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The mine has contributed significantly to the BC's mining landscape since its first production in 2016. Known for its rich deposits of gold and copper, Red Chris Mine operates primarily as an open-pit mine with potential for block caving. Recent enhancements include process plant optimizations and a pre-feasibility study for underground mining, emphasizing its long-term production capabilities.

Haul Truck Drivers - $40.98/hr

• Safely and efficiently operate a rigid frame haul truck in an open-pit mining environment
• Operate haul trucks (Cat 777, 785, and 793) on 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts
• Follow established traffic patterns and avoid road hazards
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections and complete daily equipment reports
• Report all unsafe mechanical conditions
• Maintain good housekeeping practices on equipment
• Assist in general mine labour and other duties as required

Labourers - $33.17/hr

• Aid and assist in activities for tailings dam construction under the direction of the TIA Construction Superintendent
• Perform site-logistics support (pick up and transport of materials, escorting contractor vehicles)
• Deliver materials to work fronts and set up light plants to illuminate work areas
• Operate skid-steer for snow removal
• Maintain and clean up office, storage, and laydown areas
• Perform other general duties as required
