This entry-level construction/maintenance job opportunity provides fully funded training to upgrade from a G license to an AZ or DZ license, enabling successful candidates to support winter and summer highway maintenance operations. You will develop the skills necessary to become a safe and competent winter plow operator.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a minimum G License without restrictions, and be able to pass an MTO medical exam.
Preference will be given to those living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Hornepayne, Agawa, Ontario, but accommodations are available for non-locals.
Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term. Candidates should be safety-oriented with a commitment to quality and physically able to perform demanding tasks.
