Responsibilities of the operators include,

  • Participate in comprehensive training to acquire DZ or AZ license
  • Support winter and summer highway maintenance operations
  • Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Commit to safety and quality standards
  • Work shifts, including on-call and night shifts, as required

Minimum qualifications for the operator positions include,

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Possess a minimum G License without restrictions
  • Able to pass an MTO medical exam (necessary to obtain AZ license)
  • Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Willing to commit to a minimum employment term
