Located south of Fort McMurray in Alberta in Conklin, Meg Energy Christina Lake is one of the major oil producers in the Athabasca oil sands region. It is a multiphase development which produces up to 82,000 barrels per day.
Workers for the Meg Energy Christina Lake Project are accommodated at the state of the art Poplar Ridge Lodge. They are provided with full meals for breakfast and dinner as well as custom sandwiches. The remote camp facility includes a gym, rec area, commissary, laundry facility, cable, and wi-fi.

Remote camp pipeline jobs at the Meg Energy Christina Lake Pipeline Project are long term positions with full time hours. The work rotations are either 8 days on 6 days off or 21 days on and 7 days off. Drive in and driver out to the site with travel allowance provided.
On the top of the $500 travel allowance which includes $250 each way with the requirement to drive to and out from the site, there is a $3/hour bonus incentive paid for all hours worked including regular and overtime hours.
