As a Salad and Sandwich Maker in a remote camp kitchen setting, you are responsible for following tasks.

• Prepare salad bar items, including basic food preparation and portioning.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of flatware, pots, pans, and plate-ware according to lodge standards.
• Demonstrate creativity in salad and sandwich making, including crafting made-to-order specialty sandwiches.
• Efficiently handle high volumes of salad and sandwich production.
• Maintain food serving areas, ensuring quality, appearance, adequate stocking levels, and minimal waste.
• Handle daily food preparation, storage, rotation, and serving to meet kitchen demands.
• Assist in other kitchen production areas as needed.
• Adhere to principles of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment operation.

In order to qualify as a camp salad and sandwich maker, you must meet the following qualifications.

• Hold a valid food safety certificate.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Sandwich/Salad Maker.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
