1. General Labourers

• Concrete experience, jackhammering, bush hammering, assisting concrete pours, backfilling, dewatering, running compaction equipment, etc.
• Identify and report hazardous or unsafe areas
• General housekeeping and tool identification

Requirements for labourers include,

• CSTS-2020 / SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid Driver's License
• Ground Disturbance 201
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Previous industrial experience (concrete experience preferred but not required)

1. Concrete Finishers

Placing and finishing concrete foundations, chipping, preparing, and patching concrete, setting forms.

Requirements include,

• CSTS-2020 / SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid Driver's License
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Previous industrial experience as a Concrete Finisher

1. Journeyperson Carpenters

Building formwork for concrete grade beams and walls, assisting with concrete pours, general layout, scaffolding, and work decks.

Requirements include,

• CSTS-2020 / SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Fall Protection
• Valid Driver's License
• 6" CSA approved work boots
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test

1. Skid Steer Operators

Ditching, backfilling gasline boreholes, finishing slabs on grade, placing common and aggregate for backfill.

Requirements include,

• Valid certificates for Skid Steer operation
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating equipment in an industrial workplace
• CSTS 2020 or SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test

1. G1 Operators

Running excavators, finishing grade with skid steer and dozer, backfilling, and transporting materials

Requirements include,

• Valid certificates for Skid Steer operation
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating equipment in an industrial workplace
• CSTS 2020 or SCOT
• WHMIS 2015
• Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
