Scaffolders

Scaffolders will erect scaffold systems safely and efficiently, dismantle scaffold systems as required, inspect all scaffold systems to ensure safety and compliance, and assist with general carpentry tasks as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Scaffolders must have CSTS-2020 / SCOT certification and WHMIS 2015 training. Additionally, they need to have Fall Protection certification, a valid Driver's License, and AWP Training. Scaffolders are required to have 6" CSA approved work boots for safety.

Skilled Labourers

Labourers will be responsible for various tasks including concrete work, jackhammering, bush hammering, assisting with concrete pours, backfilling, dewatering, and running compaction equipment. They will identify and report hazardous or unsafe areas, identify necessary tools, demonstrate an understanding of hand signals, and perform general housekeeping.

Labourers must have CSTS-2020 / SCOT certification and WHMIS 2015 training. A valid Driver's License and Ground Disturbance 201 certification are also required. While concrete experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for the role.

G1 Operators

G1 Operators will have experience running excavators and finishing grades with skid steers and dozers for excavation. They will also be responsible for backfilling and transporting materials, as well as other duties as requested.

G1 Operators must possess valid certificates for the operation of a Skid Steer and have a minimum of 5 years' experience operating equipment in an industrial workplace. They need CSTS 2020 or SCOT certification, WHMIS 2015 training, and a valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.

Skid Steer Operators

Skid Steer Operators will be responsible for ditching and backfilling gasline boreholes, finishing slabs on grade and grade prep for concrete formwork, placing common (clay) and aggregate (gravel) for backfill around foundations, finishing grade with skid steers, and transporting materials. Other duties may be requested as needed.

Skid Steer Operators must have valid certificates for the operation of a Skid Steer and a minimum of 3 years' experience operating equipment in an industrial workplace. They are required to have CSTS 2020 or SCOT certification, WHMIS 2015 training, and a valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
