Pay rates for the fly in and fly out remote camp jobs at Suncor Fort Hills as follows and may vary depending on prior experience. Right now there is an additional Suncor incentive pay of $75/day available for many of there positions which will be paid out at the end of every month.

- Heavy Equipment Operator – Haul Truck – Up to $47.46/Hour
- Heavy Equipment Operator – Articulating Truck – Up to $43.90/Hour
- Warehouse Person – Up to $43.49/Hour
- Ground Worker – Up to $35.34/Hour
The work rotation at the Suncor Fort Hills Oil Sands Mining Operation is 14 days on and 7 days off with 12 hour work days. Full remote camp accommodations including meals and lodging provided. Flights for the remote camp workers are available from Edmonton and Calgary and bussing transportation provided from Fort McMurray to the Suncor Fort Hills mine site.
