Executive Sous Chef –  You will oversee the culinary production team with a focus on quality, menu creativity, and health and safety. You must have over 5 years of experience as culinary supervisor position in a fast paced production environment. You must also have excellent communication skills. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is required. Anybody apply for this position must be able to work 20 days on 8 days off work rotation schedule.

Driver – It is your responsibility to be able to drive variety of company vehicles on site and to and from the town. Duties include driving other works to and from camp to town and various in town duties. You must be able to perform various shuttle duties, customer service, pickups from various locations and in town assignments. Three to six months related experience in a shuttle driver or customer service environment required. You must also have valid Class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Regional Director – As the Regional Director, you will provide overall planning, direction and control to assigned units, within defined regions, to achieve operations and financial goals. You will also provides guidance and motivation to subordinate managers, In-Unit Supervisors and other associates. You must be able to work 20 days on and 8 days off work rotation schedule. This position includes flights and travel allowances and accommodations. You must have over 5 years of experience in related field.

General Manager – General Manager position provides direction for the safe and efficient operation of ESS business activities within the remote camp. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring activities are completed according to the Board’s policies and are aimed at the achievement of the organizations objectives. A Bachelor Degree or College Diploma preferred. You must have minimum 5 years of hotel or remote camp management experience and project management experience.

Lodge Manager – The Lodge Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the Lodge, contract compliance, compliance with corporate policies and procedures, compliance with governmental rules and regulations, and client, partner, and government liaison at the camp level.  You must have Bachelor’s degree from College or University. A minimum of 5 year work related experience required. Advanced Food Safety/HACCP Training is a must.
