Royal Camp Service’s remote camp worker transfer sites are located in following cities. You must provide your own transportation to the nearest transfer site.

Royal Camp Services is currently looking for remote camp 2nd Cooks in Alberta. The 2nd cooks report to the Chef or an assigned 1st Cook and plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the remote camp facility. Their responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, cooking, and clean-up duties, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
You must be available for work rotations including but not limited to 21-7, 10-4, 9-5, and 14-7. This also include day shifts, afternoon shifts, split shifts, or night shifts.
Requirements for remote camp 2nd cooks include the following.
- 2-3 years of previous relevant kitchen experience
- Standard First Aid certification
- Alberta Health Services approved Food Safety Certificate
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift, move, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
- At least 2 professional work references
