Mt. Milligan Mine
Mount Milligan is large scale copper and gold mining operation located about 150 kilometres northwest of Prince George in British Columbia. The Mount Milligan Mine follows a conventional approach, utilizing trucks and shovels for open-pit mining of copper and gold deposits. It features a copper flotation processing plant with an impressive capacity of 60,000 tons per day (tpd). The concentrator efficiently processes the extracted ore, allowing for the separation and recovery of valuable copper and gold resources. Mount Milligan’s significant processing capacity and modern mining techniques contribute to its productivity and operational success.
