Qualifications
Labourers:
- Physically capable of performing required tasks
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Previous labourer experience is an asset
- First aid and/or other safety-related certifications are desirable
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
Tower Operators:
- Completion of secondary school
- Adaptable with multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Safety-minded with forward-thinking
- On-the-job training is provided
Loader Operators:
- Experience as a loader operator
- Adaptable with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Labourers:
- Load, unload, and move materials to work areas
- Assist heavy equipment operators and miners with various activities
- Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
- Operate equipment and perform general maintenance
Tower Operators:
- Observe and ensure correct plant operation
- Record production information and complete daily reports
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment as necessary
Loader Operators:
- Operate loader to excavate, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, or other materials
- Maintain equipment and perform pre-trip inspections
