1st Cook – A 1st Cook is responsible for the food safety and quality of food prepared within their assigned station.
2nd Cook – A 2nd cook is responsible for supporting kitchen activities in order to maintain an efficient camp.
General Kitchen Helper – A Kitchen General Helper is responsible for supporting the kitchen in multiple activities in order to maintain an efficient camp.
Housekeeper – A Housekeeper performs duties of a Camp Attendant and / or Janitor. They are responsible for maintaining the living areas occupied by staff and clients.
